It feels like my whole life has been a fight from financial hardships to mental abuse from family and fighting to belong. Just feeling rejection. Thank you for this song! It randomly showed up in my feed at a time when I need it most. I was in tears after the first line! Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with cancer. I am a single mom. All of my family is scattered across Texas and my youngest child is preparing to move to OK to pursue his masters degree. I know they are with me in spirit, but some days it feels like I’m in this battle by myself. Knowing that God is and will be by my side through this difficult time in my life brings me peace. Knowing that there are prayers out there for me is a like comforting hug. Those wonderful statements turn my tears into joy: God’s got this! The battle is God’s, not yours! They are most needed when depression, anger, self-doubt, fear, worry, and all those negative emotions start closing in on me. I heard this song for the first time tonight. It was exactly what I needed to hear ❤. Right now my mom is fighting a lot of health issues and we don't have any answers to what they are. It's been really hard going through this, I've tried to stay strong for too long and I finally broke down tonight, again. This will be my reminder that we won't fight the unknown alone ❤

The lyrics should stir us all up to remember that there are a cloud of witnesses who do cheer us on, not only in Biblical times but throughout the centuries as well - the Heroes of the Faith! They knew that Our God is always faithful despite any situation, and that they would have eternal life with Him.
The cloud of witnesses are the saints and angels that are in heaven interceding for us

😭😭😭😭😭 This song is so beautiful but at times it feels like im fighting alone. I hope that Jesus will get me through this trial and trauma. It feels like my whole life has been a fight from financial hardships to mental abuse from family and fighting to belong. Just feeling rejection. I feel like a black sheep....but by faith and the grace of God im still here. I am not defeated but at times it feels that way. I know that in weakness, God's strength is made perfect, but at times I feel broken and abandoned. Please pray for me.

I always listen to Air1 and this song has touched me. I am hopeless with my situations for the past few years and got worse these past 2 yrs. But this song reminds me to keep my faith with Jesus. My child has been through a lot of mental issues/ disabilities. I can’t take it anymore sometimes and when my spouse seems tired and wants to give up. I still pray and give my hope that our family and child will have healing and peace.

I have my other daughter Christina Podaras I don’t know where she’s at with my grand son is going on four years and I don’t know what she’s at. I’ve been putting her in prayers too. I get up at 3 o’clock in the morning and I put her in prayer Kids don’t know what they put their parents through when they don’t know we hear from them, but I know my Lord knows what she’s at very much and for all the people that have the kids that they don’t know where they are. I pray for them too because family supposedto be together not support apart no matter what you go through God bless

Thank you for this song! It randomly showed up in my feed at a time when I need it most. I was in tears after the first line! Two weeks ago I was diagnosed with cancer. I am a single mom. All of my family is scattered across Texas and my youngest child is preparing to move to OK to pursue his masters degree. I know they are with me in spirit, but some days it feels like I’m in this battle by myself. Knowing that God is and will be by my side through this difficult time in my life brings me peace. Knowing that there are prayers out there for me is a like comforting hug. Those wonderful statements turn my tears into joy: God’s got this! The battle is God’s, not yours! They are most needed when depression, anger, self-doubt, fear, worry, and all those negative emotions start closing in on me. It is good to have a reminder that I don’t fight alone, despite outward appearances God is with me! Thanks again
