I remember our house helps used to take pictures with my twin sis because I was ugly and very dark with a deep voice my cousin once called me ugly and those words used to hurt me alot, I thank God because am a praise and worship leader hoping to record my songs one day..thanks for the encouragement I will never loose hope🙏

Happy 50th Birthday Sarah and may you blow many more candles. Your lifestory is very common so please dont feel isolated. We are many out there who can share similar life experiences and upbringing.
All in all I turned 50 last year and all I wanted was to visit Antarctica. My husband and I did plan for 18 months to realise my 50th birthday milestone. We travelled to the start of our journey but just one day to disembark on the trip everything was called off due to covid. We experienced different things from what we had planned for but we were safe and got back home all right.
My first book was born from this trip. It sells on amazon, different platforms like depository and it gave me so much power to continue writing even though I work full time, a job I love.
When I reflect on my life, I never ever imagined that I could have achieved what I have today. The quest for education was unrelentable, I attained my three degrees as a mature student. In all honesty I never forget where I came from.

Before my husband died in 2013 this song kwani ni jambo lipi Hilo yeye asilo liweza... kept on ringing in my spirit and I could sing, my Youngest daughter was almost two an she loved the song and could sing until I started wondering what is God upto.. later I understood 😭😭after his death what God was saying through the song and was encouraged. This song gave me hope I am a living testimony.. Thank you Sarah for honouring God's calling in your life..

Sarah K, i didn't know you're background but I can confess before God you're the most beautiful woman I ever set my eyes on, during your KBC Sundays, I didn't want to miss those programs on KBC where they would give you a chance to sing a song, it was my prayer to marry I realize, you're two years older and my prayers for your hand in marriage were never answered and it's been years since I heard of you, now there's a DR before your name!! Tonight or morning am in a difficult life situation of unemployment since 2013 and feel beyond my breaking point then I stumbled in your testimony. It's very difficult and am all alone in this everyone has left me alone and no help, May the same God who lifted you arise and lift me up for a testimony for others as well.
