Em 2025, o Ano da Cultura Brasil e Reino Unido celebra as mais diversas expressões artísticas e culturais entre os dois países. Nesse contexto, o Coletivo Cultura Zona Oeste une forças com o renomado Grupo de Teatro Utopia, de Sheffield, em um projeto inovador que promove o intercâmbio cultural e a valorização das artes cênicas. Essa parceria busca explorar temas universais, conectando as realidades da zona oeste do Rio de Janeiro e do norte da Inglaterra, enquanto fortalece laços culturais por meio de oficinas, apresentações teatrais e diálogos entre artistas e comunidades locais.
In 2025, the Brazil-UK Year of Culture celebrates the most diverse artistic and cultural expressions between the two countries. In this context, Coletivo Cultura Zona Oeste joins forces with the renowned Utopia Theatre Group, from Sheffield, in an innovative project that promotes cultural exchange and the appreciation of the performing arts. This partnership seeks to explore universal themes, connecting the realities of the west side of Rio de Janeiro and the north of England, while strengthening cultural ties through workshops, theatrical performances and dialogues between artists and local communities.
