That is quality content. Here's a question: at what age did you begin windmilling? Did/do you practise a lot? Did you ever fall over? How do you not fall over? (I tried it and nearly died)

When Floor posted on her youtube community page with a picture of an empty venue and a microphone, ´You´ll never walk alone` instantly popped into my mind. I know the Nightwish fans across the world will always be there in support through these tough times. Just imagine Floor singing it.. Even the thought of it blows my mind lol

I loved the shot from "The Shining" as a representation of the Swedish weather 😂 It's a bit nippy right now (I'm in Uppsala), but as I'm sure you're very aware of by now, it's likely to get a tad more intense soon enough. As always, it was a pleasure to watch your clip!
It's interesting that it's still so warm in Sweden (around -6 °C). Current forecast for Finland is up to -40 °C (-40 °F) during this weekend and Finland is next to Sweden on the map.
Did I miss the part about spiders?! 😅 I have never kept the phone so far from my face to not get startled with a close up of those eight legged creatures. As soon as you started talking about something flying over your head in the dark, I thought: “Here it comes…” 😱 Thank God it was a fruit bat. 🥰

HAHA, same! It was why I delayed watching this video straight away until I realised that the image of the spider had been superimposed/pasted on top of a photo of Floor. I.e. It was never on her face and it can't hurt us/get on our faces either!

What a cute little Billy bean!!! Your bat story reminded me of something that happened to me on a pitch black night in rural Indiana. We were returning to a B&B after dinner and I had to pee REALLY bad but we still had a ways to go, so we turned down a dirt road and pulled over. While I was leaning against the side of the car taking care of business, this huge barn owl buzzed over head and just about scared the piss out of me literally. But it was majestic as well because the beautiful creature swooped in front of our headlights, giving us a brief glimpse, before disappearing in the dark.

Bats are adorable! Except when they're in your apartment with your cats chasing them around in the middle of the night, lol! Apparently there's a small colony of bats nesting somewhere in the building I live in, and we've had four unexpected visitors since we moved here. (Yes, I managed to corral the cats and then capture the bat and escort it outside again each time.) As always, Floor, thanks for the fun videos that brighten your fans' weeks!
I have a simple electronic bat detector. It’s great fun listening to them hunt for insects, especially next to a lake, river or pond 🦇🦇🦇

Have a great weekend! A temporary new member to the Floor Wolf pack! We have a 12 week puppy that is still waking the household regularly for nature calls through the darkness of the night. We have to go with to keep eyes and ears open as local coyotes are on the hunt!

The Fruit Bats / Flying Foxes are out & about and reside in a Gum Tree in my backyard! 🦇. It’s Spring Time here so they are attracted to the nectar / pollen in the Eucalyptus flowers and mating season!!
Large groups have been flying together at night.

Solidarity over spatial awareness/coordination blindspots when you're too excited or keen to do or show something like giving us a close up of Billy in this case! Who am I kidding, in many situations for me! Hope you were wearing steel-capped/tough boots when you kicked/collided with whatever that was- a camera/microphone stand? I felt like I heard the unspoken cursatory remark upon impact! :-p
Depending on the area and time of year we can have thousands of fruit bats migrating, especially at dusk. We usually call them flying foxes though :) plenty of owls at night here in Queensland too. Don't worry about the thumbnail spider, that's a little one 🤏
Would love to travel to Sweden & Finland one day, and see where my ancestors lived in Wales.

Depends on your preferences. If going to Australia Zoo, then the Glass House Mountains are nearby and impressive. Along with the beaches of Noosa etc. I've only ever been on the east coast. The Blue Mountains are only 90min drive from Sydney airport and are amazing. If you are after topical then the Whitsunday Islands and further north to Cairns and the great barrier reef for snorkelling etc a good too :)

Ha! You might not have such a romantic notion about the fruit bats(also known as "flying foxes" colloquially) if they frequently visit any fruit bearing trees in your property 😬😬 Yes, they are awesome creatures, making their awe-inspiring and chilling shrieks that pierce the night air while fearlessly and fiercely fighting any competitor, whether it's each other or even the local possum over the bounty.... BUT you won't appreciate their pooping habits, that is definitely the biggest issue. It's not even because it's gross, I couldn't give a crap (😀) about that. Apart from the disease it can carry, it would contain some traces of their urine which is pretty corrosive (obviously because of their diet), hard to wash and can damage metallic surfaces. If that poop gets on your car, for example, you need to clean it IMMEDIATELY before it wears out the material. Trust me, I learned the hard way. Never lazily hand-waved fruit bat poop on my car ever since, I'll tell you that much 🤦♂️🤦♂️
But yes, they're still awesome.... corrosive poop or no 😁👍🦇

Oh PLEASE bring your daughter and hubby to Australia for a holiday and experience our breathtaking country...I know your little one will fall in love with our native animals as they are sooo damn cute, from wombats and joeys to quokka's and echidna's plus everything in between! From tropical jungles to snow topped mountains, flat red dusty outback to crystal clear island beaches, we have it all...perfect for a sparkly gem like yourself! :)

I love dogs as much you do. Funny story, I got a Frenchie bulldog because of you, actually, because of Obi. At the time I had never seen a Frenchie before, and I remember when you posted on your old blog, pictures of Obi and her sister(or brother, I don't remember), I fell in love, immediately. Time flies, so, next month my Frenchie, my oldest baby daughter, Aurora, will complete 15 years of pure love, jealousy, and muscles hahaha
