*I've never heard someone reference Bunnicula so much* lmfao. Also I totally thought Mamrie was gonna pop that garlic into her mouth and start eating it.
I also reference Bunnicula more frequently than I should. Why haven't more people read this? No book fairs? No Accelerated Reader programs? No Book It? (Do any of these still exist? I need to know, children!)
I saw Bunnicula as a live play as a small child and it's something I'll never forget... >.> .... after the play I got a autograph from THE Bunnicula.... or the extremely sweaty guy in all black clothing who puppeteered the bunny puppet for the show..... Love that Mamrie keeps bringing it up!
Yay! Bunnicula!! Such a fun show, they made a t.v. series and I think its great! For those who don't know Bunnicula is a vampire rabbit who only eats vegetables/fruit. Each has its own effect on him. Shananagins unsu with the mischievous rabbit and his new owner and family.
I read Bunnicula way back when I was in fifth grade and I'm still deeply disturbed by those books as a senior in high school. Even though it brings back some suppressed trauma, I greatly appreciate Mamrie's random and totally obscure kid-lit references. Will be looking forward to a This Might Get Bunnicula episode
I assume it wasn't your intention to make people with genuine food phobias feel isolated or embarrassed, but I have to admit that this video did have that effect on me. I am a longtime fan of Grace and Mamrie, and I have an eating disorder known as Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder, which in my case is a fear of the actual act of putting food in my body. I've been in treatment for many years and this disorder has controlled my life pretty much since birth, so seeing two of my favorite comedians make light of my deepest, most embarrassing issues really made me feel isolated. I also don't appreciate comments you guys made about how convenient these phobias would be. I feel like that belittles the intense struggles people like me have to face on a daily basis. I really am a fan of this channel, and that is why I want to express what this video made me feel. Thanks for everything you guys do, and I hope you will continue to consider how your jokes may affect people.
As someone that is legitimately terrified of most foods and has a breakdown every time I have to try something new, this video brought up of self hatred and anxiety for me. Love the show! (no honestly I love this show)
I'm calling it now Mamrie's refrences to Bunnicula will evolve into Katya's refrences to Contact. Now that I think of it the dynamic between Trixie and Katya vs Grace and Mamrie is very similar. The passive agressive debbie downer with an amazing laugh and then the crazy over the top random friend.
Y'all, I have been going to so many doctors (for/ with my mum) these past few days and coming back home in the early afternoon -which is roughly when these episodes come out greek time- and taking off my bra and watching Grace and Mamrie goof off, has been the highlight of my day(s)!! Big shout out to everyone involved!!
The author of the Bunnicula books came to my elementary school when I was in kindergarten or first grade I don’t remember but he signed my bunnicula book I have it somewhere I love that Mamrie keeps talking about them
I have a bit of thermophobia because when I cook, I'm afraid of sauce popping at me and the steam from water when I drain noodles. I also hate the crinkling of chip bags. Thank you for attending my Ted Talk.
❤❤❤ I don't have a phobia of foods. But my best mate grew up being told by her Dad that Vegemite is made of old mouldy veggies out of the garbage. 27 years on, she still believes this, she's never tried it and refuses to go near it.
Mamrie sucking on the lemon reminded me of her collab with ASAPScience, and Grace with the duck face reminded me of her character Idol on MyMusic, in which she forces all the other characters to make duck faces by putting lemons in the water dispenser!
I'm not sure if the different colors represent a specific day of the week, but I'm fully convinced that the red bordered videos are the episodes you want us to watch multiple times, as it matches the shade of red as the line at the bottom to show how much you have already watched. I'm don't hate it.
When I was a kid, I recall being very careful with foods having a consistency similar to Peanut Butter. Things like pudding or yogurt. I struggled to remain calm with thoughts of choking on them racing through my kid brain. These feelings went away around age 10, but I never enjoyed such foods prior to that time.
I loved the bunicula series I read them as a kid and I tell people about them too and they don't believe me that they exist until I look them up on google.
i have a phobia of bananas. always have, always will. my brother and dad love them and because i didn't like them when i was younger, they would chase me around the house with them and try sneaking them into my food. I'm 21 and still feel sick whenever i smell them or they're near me. I work in childcare so have gotten to the point where I'm not going to freak out over seeing one, but i try not to touch them. I use to literally refuse to eat anything if someone touched a banana and didn't wash their hands before touching my food or coming near me. idk what that phobia is but i don't see myself getting over it any time soon
Crawfish & lobster really freak me out. The texture of Tapioca pudding and creme brûlée are really unsettling for me. Mint chocolate flavored things like mint chocolate cookies/ice cream gross me out to the point of gagging and throwing up scares me (mint chocolate scares me by association to throwing up). Hahah omg so exposed! But these fears / triggers are so real 😂💞💞💞
Tune into "GET YOUR GARLIC ON" - Mamrie Hart's new Food Network Show, where every episode she takes a classic dish and remakes it with one special ingredient, GARLIC!! Sundays @ 5pm Check your local listings!
I have some sort of food phobia it’s called misophonia and it’s like when people eat or chomp and I can hear everything they r doing in there mouths it send me into rage also with slurping and tapping of pens it really annoys me
So I wouldn't say this is a fear, but when I eat chips and salsa and when you scoop the salsa out and it gets on the side of the bowl it totally grosses me out and I have to turn the bowl around so it's not on my side. Not sure why, but yeah!
Dude, Bunnucula was a scary kids book. A bunny that sucks the juice out of vegetables like a vampire. Creepy. I thought I was the only one that knew about it!
I totally understand micophobia. I almost completely avoid eating mushrooms that I don't buy myself because in the back of my mind I'm always thinking "what if this mushroom is one of the poisonous ones? What if the restaurant made a mistake? What if I get sick? What if it's poisonous? Does the restaurant know the difference?" Also, they give me really bad, painful gas.
*I've never heard someone reference Bunnicula so much* lmfao. Also I totally thought Mamrie was gonna pop that garlic into her mouth and start eating it.
Same! I was literally waiting for her to just pop it in and for Grace's over the top reaction and maybe a garlic pun.
She would've had a rough time! Raw garlic is painfully strong lol
She was 100% about to raw dog it. She's a hero.
I still cant believe that theres someone else who read Bunnicula. I've brought this book up so often and everytime no one knows what I'm talking about
YES, we read Bunnicula in fourth grade! Every time I reference it though absolutely no one knows what I'm talking about.
The "Beans Blinking" sound effect gets me EVERY TIME!
That was a to go pickle!
Grace just doesn't understand, it's fine.
“I gotta straight up raw dog garlic?!” Omg 😂
I also reference Bunnicula more frequently than I should. Why haven't more people read this? No book fairs? No Accelerated Reader programs? No Book It? (Do any of these still exist? I need to know, children!)
I have MamePunophobia! The fear of Mamrie never making amazing puns on this show again!! Don't ever let this happen please! Thank You!
The fact that this vid was uploaded at 8.30pm is a gift to Australians! 🙌🏻
Was just thinking the same thing!!
Absolutely!
yes!
Especially in Perth
Yes God
I saw Bunnicula as a live play as a small child and it's something I'll never forget... >.> .... after the play I got a autograph from THE Bunnicula.... or the extremely sweaty guy in all black clothing who puppeteered the bunny puppet for the show..... Love that Mamrie keeps bringing it up!
I'm definitely watching this with my afternoon coffee. I have never felt so judged in my life.

I love that Mamrie keeps bringing back Bunnicula lol a CLASSIC book series

I like how new episodes are at 330 am pst. when I'm in the middle of my lack of sleep.
I wish I had a cheer button for every boo I hear. Be more supportive! I love her puns. 💛💛💛 I see you Mamrie!

My older brother loved Bunnicula when we were kids and it scared the crap out of me. Love this show and you both! Have a great day.
Thank you, Mamrie. No one else seems to remember the Bunnicula series. It haunts me to this day.
I love bunnicula, thank u mamrie for bringing to life the only decent mystery vampire rabbit novel out there
The time this is uploaded every day is a blessing to when you're ill off college 👍🏻

The author of the Bunnicula books came to my elementary school when I was in kindergarten or first grade I don’t remember but he signed my bunnicula book I have it somewhere I love that Mamrie keeps talking about them

I love each new episode more than the last. This show is everything.
Bunnicula was aweeesome. Homework, y’all...go to the library and read it! We loved it when it came out
When the base starts bumpin' in the intro, I thrust my hips forward in my chair to the beat and I feel like I'm a really good dancer.
I have a totally legitimate fear of chocolate bunnies. Don't ask. What's your fear?
This Might Get my fear is the dark I get so scared. Love you guys ❤️
I have a terror of soggy bread.
This Might Get who is this? 😮 I'm dying to know. Jeff? Dianne?? We want to know!!!
I'm afraid of Durian fruit, but I think everyone else is too in a way 😂
Nail files!
I have a bit of thermophobia because when I cook, I'm afraid of sauce popping at me and the steam from water when I drain noodles. I also hate the crinkling of chip bags. Thank you for attending my Ted Talk.
Bunnicula was MY JAM!!! Remember Rosebud? Yeah...good times.
I loved Bunnicula when I was a kid! I don't think I've ever heard anybody else talk about it though. Now I'm happy. :-)
Mamrie, I’m with you about Bunnicula. I still love that series.
Bunnicula was a great book series! I read it when I was a kid
❤❤❤
I don't have a phobia of foods. But my best mate grew up being told by her Dad that Vegemite is made of old mouldy veggies out of the garbage.
27 years on, she still believes this, she's never tried it and refuses to go near it.
It's not?
Oh my god I loved Bunnicula!!!!! I forgot about how much until Mamrie started being it up 😂
Bunnicula was one of my favorite books as a kid. Bought it my school book fair in the 3rd grade 😃
Bunnicula was my favorite book when I was little!
I loved the Bunnicula books as a kid!
my favorite trend in these videos is the inserted 'booing' after Mamrie makes a bad (but great) pun
I got you Mamrie; I loved the Bunnicula series.
Or your evening cocktail!! Hey hey!! Love you guys!
their tops are so cute like that color on grace was great and I want that tucan shirt omg
Mamrie sucking on the lemon reminded me of her collab with ASAPScience, and Grace with the duck face reminded me of her character Idol on MyMusic, in which she forces all the other characters to make duck faces by putting lemons in the water dispenser!
Mamrie referencing Bunnicula was everything.
I love when they do the low voice.
Bunnicula all the way I will always love any reference to that series
Love this show and love EVERYTHING Mamrie wears 😍
Grace saying "spoopy" made my day
That completely fake laugh from Mamrie at the end was everything. Lol
Some mushrooms are amazing. Yes I’m talking about the kind that make you see things
i loved bunnicula. i also saw the play.
I grew up reading bunicula books! Finally someone else!
Mamrie and Grace! You two are the most beautiful gals on TH-cam. I love you both! ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
I loved Bunnicula! I read all of them!
"No, we never- this is not part of the game, you just saw vegetables and you went for it."
OH MY GOD MAMRIE! I thought I was alone in reading Bunnicula. Bless you. 😆
Mamrie, I know about Bunnicula!!! My teacher used to read those books to us back in like 2nd grade!
Mamrie's face when diane said they never said she had to eat it made me actually spit out my water lol
There was Contact on UNH. Now there is Buniculla on This Might Get.... and I am so here for it.
Ha I definitely read Bunnicula back in the day!

Favorite part of my morning

the bunnicula series on here is like katya bringing up the movie contact on unhhhh😂
This game is so fun for me because all the weird words you try to explain are Greek and I am Greek!!
"We can be the new Maury Povich!"
"I don't wanna be that."
:D :D :D
So glad this wasn’t about phobias in general because if mine was shown on here I wouldn’t have even been able to keep watching, that’s how bad it is.
Mamrie, I also loved the Bunnicula books and don’t know anyone else that read them
This show is great
I have some sort of food phobia it’s called misophonia and it’s like when people eat or chomp and I can hear everything they r doing in there mouths it send me into rage also with slurping and tapping of pens it really annoys me
Found out about your channel 2 days ago and now I'm hooked and Binged watch :). Does Mamrie's rule still apply that if she makes a pun/joke we drink?
So I wouldn't say this is a fear, but when I eat chips and salsa and when you scoop the salsa out and it gets on the side of the bowl it totally grosses me out and I have to turn the bowl around so it's not on my side. Not sure why, but yeah!
i love these lęwks! shantay you both stay
namrie sniffing her fingers after touching garlic is a mood
Yes Bunnicula!
In my timezone the videos usually get uploaded around 12 PM, so I watch it with my lunch coffee
