Love that plant ❤❤❤❤❤ I haven’t thought to cut the stems like that. I have done the water in a glass with my African violets and have had great success as well. Have missed your videos my friend, so happy to see you out of the hospital. 🙏🙏 that you get stronger every day
That was an awesome video Vicki… thanks so much for sharing your knowledge with us!! I think you already know that, since moving onto our new (but totally baron) block of land, I’ve been trying to grow as many plants as possible, so I can create some garden areas. I have purchased many plants, both flowering and non… and I’ve been trying to propagate them myself… and, considering I have very little experience with plants, it’s not going that badly… I also ‘steal’ cuttings (after asking, of course), from friends and neighbours… I’ve had a few total fails… but I’ve had way more successes… so I’m really happy with how it’s going! I truly value your plant videos and your experiments! I’ve never seen the ‘cutting up the leaves’ method… and, although it didn’t work this time… I was wondering if you’ve had success this way before… and if so, with what type of plants? Thanks again Darl… looking forward to see what you have in store for us this year… whether it plants or resin!?! Lotsa Luv. ♥️♥️🇦🇺
Hi Lynne, yes I have had success with cutting the leaves up. Mostly with African violets. It doesn't work with all leaves. I've found it works with a lot of soft fleshly type leaves. I was in hospital so they didn't get watered but they were not doing well. Thank you so much for watching I'm having an issue with my TH-cam channel not notifying subscribers when I put a video up. Did you get a notication? I played around yesterday for hours trying to get it to work.
@@mattersofthehartbynat8815 Sorry I called you Lynne and realised after I hit the button. I'm trying to improve my channel which is sending me in circles.
@ No apology needed Darl… I struggle to remember my own name some days!?! 😂 And, I’m hearing a lot about the YT struggle from other creators too… by the sounds of it, YT certainly don’t make it easy!! I’ve always wanted to start my own channel… but I just don’t know… if I was to do it, it would be solely to share my knowledge of resin art with others… I don’t know what the rules and regulations are but, if TH-cam allow it, I will never be aiming to be monetised or to reach any other goals… I will simply put my videos up, and allow anyone, who chooses to, to watch them. Lots of creators talk about how expensive it is to run a channel, and yes, resin is expensive… but I will simply be recording what I would be doing anyway, so no extra expense there… I’d record on my iPhone, so none there either. I don’t know if there are other expenses that I don’t know about tho?? I really hope you manage to take your channel where you want it to go… you really deserve that! You are a no nonsense, intelligent, and talented artist… and I really enjoy your videos!! ♥️♥️🇦🇺
You inspire me continually. There are no other cost involved on TH-cam. Well none that I have come across on my rung of the ladder. I just want to teach and help people learn new skills. But I'm not hitting the audience. So I am continuing to learn. Just give it a go. I actually use a Canon camera and upload on the computer. I see helps of others use their phones. I just like the big screens on my computer.

Thanks, it's nice to be back. A lot of plants can be done this way. It's a cute plant. Thank you for watching. ❤️
That is so pretty, thank you for sharing
I'm so glad you like it.
