To TNSA members i gonna tell if he has Nepali citizenship with tibetan green book then u r risking all tibetans in Nepal cause many tibetans in nepal has got citizenship thats too illegally and they had to inorder to fill once own stomach but you know nepal police is against Tibetan so if caught they will be jailed thats y u all tell and decide it mindfully cause many Tibetan in india has passport too. Bro! No one is saying he is Nepali or non Tibetan. People in Nepal can hv both Nepal passport and green book. They r saying the dhasa goalkeeper has submitted someone else green book. The green book which he has submitted is not belong to him in actual. If someone submit green book which is not belong to himself then it’s violation of gcm rules. It doesn’t matter whether u hv green book or not, Tibetan or non Tibetan. Every player should submit their own green book not others green book.

As per gcm rules and regulations gullathala has every right to make complain about it whether they get to know before the match or after the match.

This year he played till semi final and then caught of submitting false document after complain from gullathala. Last year no one has complain dts y he didn’t get caught. But this year he was caught after a complain.

The issue is not about whether he is Tibetan or not. The main issue is that he has submitted someone else green book. The submitted green book is belongs to someone else not belongs to him. Even if he is Tibetan, he can’t submit someone else green book. He should submit his own green book if he has. Even though if u r Tibetan but u submit someone else green book then u r violating the gcm rules. If u do so then ur team will be disqualified like dhasa.
