This is a great video in college now for Media Communications to become a journalist! I am inspired and I think you might have a calling in preaching! That prayer was powerful ❤ love you and God bless you girl
Thank you Brianna for taking time out of your day to watch this video and to leave me encouragement on top of that! God bless you too! You got this! I'm excited to see the waves you will make as a journalist!
I really appreciate what you said about faith❤️❤️.. it's true. God answers our prayers. I'm aspiring to be a journalist too.. And please do make a lot of videos about journalism.
@@ChitChatswithCharity Day in a life, courses you had to take after highschool, other stuff explaining how to get internship opportunities and a lot more😁
loved the video! 💛 I’m from Syracuse ny and would love to work at their news station. I saw you applied there & was wondering if they were one of the stations you had a hard time getting ahold of ? just so I have some outlook on their applications process for when I apply in a few years ✨
Thank you Amaya! I applied to their Spectrum station since I interned for Spectrum in St. Petersburg and really liked it. All of the Spectrum stations I applied to turned me down. They were also prompt in getting back to me. It was like a generated email. The application process was quick. My biggest piece of advice is to cast a wide net, don't settle and don't sale yourself short. There are so many stations and news directors that will equip you to be the journalist you want to be. Be hungry for your dreams and I'm telling you, they will come. Also don't wait to the last minute to start applying. Apply months before you graduate.
You can be anything you want to be. I went to Southeastern University, but my high school offered classes for your associates degree. So I earned my associates in high school.
I was able to get a portion of my degree done while I was still in high school. And completed the other two years at a university. If your high school offers dual enrollment or college credits, I recommend going for it.
No I’m not. Yes my faith got me where I am today, but I also had to work very hard for it. I’m just here for encouragement and I hope you become the best journalist you can be. 🙂
I’m a junior studying visual production at the university in my hometown. This was very inspiring thank you sharing your testimony 🙏🏾❤️
You got this Ashanti!
Thank you for sharing your story and for the encouraging prayer at the end. Very inspirational. Wishing you all the best in your future endeavors.
This is sweet! Thank you for your nice wishes!
