Compared to your strain wave solution it looks bulky but is is probably back drivable. Can you make a video with the pros and cons of the different solutions you tried so far.
Hi @chipcode, it’s correct in this case this assembly is fully back drivable in comparison with the strain wave gear. About the video I cannot promise you, but I will try.
Hi wow, not at all, the pulleys that are concentric are using the same axis. What needs to be carefully adjusted is the two tensioners. They have to keep both axis parallel.
tiny 16T gears are far from being optimal. Better go for at least 20T so slipping is much less likely. For the first stage 16T might be OK since it introduces much lower torque
Congratulations!
Great video ,thank you for sharing

Have you found problems with the concentricity of 3d printed pulleys? Mine always wear out my belts fast because they're not concentric...

Noisch one! Cheers for that!
Do something with your autoexposure, it pulsates like crazy
Yeah. That and the text-to-speech voice make this video unwatchable
@@cemmy410 nah, TTS is fine, at least it is one of modern ones
I took note about the autoexposure. Thanks for the feedback :)
Seems like a great design but unfortunately the purchage link doesn't work ! Can you fix this please ?
Normally it should work now, but today is quite slow at Cults web…
Did you already check what occurs first? Maxed out torque or slipping belts?
can this arm hold and move a 5 kilogramed of weight ?

What’s the name of the first song?
Hi Ralf, the intro song is called Coastline, you can find it in TH-cam’s library.
Ok, it does work now, but took very, VERY long to load...
Sometimes it happens with Cults web… Dont know why but the past days I experienced long loadings too.
Voice over :(
firs taxes!
Зачем это😂😂😂😂
