I see what you're saying Seb, but don't you think the TH-camrs are responsible for the content they post? Even if they themselves don't say a thing, if they encourage others to do so, or keep that stuff in their video, the responsibility is shared with them. This obviously doesn't apply to Dylan and Shaan as they didn't make such a video, but Arya and the others often egg people on "bait her out! What's the Initials! Which Area!". The whole baiting out series got taken too far, and became a form of cyber bullying, especially when the targets are at such a vulnerable age. I don't support how this guy dealt with it (by trying to be a thug), but the series as a whole needed to go. Hopefully these TH-camrs learn from this and start to make more positive content.
