Hello. I made a patch mod for any version of Cossacks back to war. Completely reworked all units (including ships), making them all suitable for both playing with bots and online play between people, slightly reworked nations, adding unique units of other nations to some nations. For example, rundashir is now not only in Austria, but also in some other countries. Slightly reworked the economy and added more new sounds. At the same time, you can play as before - mine stone and hire dragoons from the diplomatic center, if you like it. I also added as a bonus an improved AI that hires units from 18th century barracks and stables on any type of map and can build 18th century frigates. This is easiest to see when playing with millions of resources. Interested in trying? There's a very simple installation guide and a short description of what I changed in the game. There's a version with both the new sound and the new balance, and a version with just the new balance.
