From hitters face forward perspective 1. Back swing a) Club: counter clockwise (from 6 o'clock backwards) b) Hips: clock wise (up and back) 2. Through swing a) club: clockwise (from 9 o'clock forwards) b) hips: anti clockwise (up and away)

That’s a great way to think about it Dana just make sure the center of your hip is moving away from the ball not closer to it.
