firing is an tradition it is usually done when bride is leaving her home or groom has done nikkah his friends and family celebrate by firing or when nikkah is done this is actually to show that the wedding or nikkah has been done. It is also done before wedding when friends of guy take on jorah along with Janj Yes it is tradition in every pathan clan to celebrate like this. A pathan guy who doesn't know how to handle guns feel embarrassed. This is love!

Well here in kpk Celebration with firing is a normal thing. Pathans are trained by birth because almost every pathan has guns in their houses and everyone participates in firing during the celebration. The firing culture is very common here even though in cities. But as you said there was a lot of bad incidents happened because of firing so now govt took action against firing celebration. But still in the tribal areas of Pakistan the firing and keeping guns is so common.

It’s everywhere in pushtoons weddings as I am pushtoon but not on this scale some people use this much heavy arms and most of these guns are locally made by pushtoons it’s our cultural but you will see these only in rural areas not in cities .
And people might think that we are violent people but on the contrary we are hospitable ,loving caring and respecting people but with no compromise on dignity .
It's traditional way of celebration in KPK only close friends and relatives do this in pashtun tribes

I am from Pakistan it's federali administered tribal area even in United India British govt had allowed tribal areas to have weapons without license so here intribal area since British era it is legal hove weapon without license you can search Indian archives of British period

No this must be an old video because as far as I know due to ban on firing now even fireworks are not allowed in KPK, Pakistan. People in villages might by chance do it but thankfully this thing has stopped to greater extent.

Usually this happens in remote areas of KPK and Punjab not in Urban areas. And most of the people get license from government to keep a gun. and Bullets are issued by shopkeepers to those who would have a valid license. But guns are most loved thing a man loves to keep in Pakistan.
