You don't need to satisfy no one who actually made you birth kids ,that pain was already enough,they took your youthhood to womanhood,if they don't support your current you they are not worth,if you need to go to the gym that should be for your own health not with intention to satisfy a man,he is not worth it
The virgina is elastic. Unless you had a tear or an episiotomy cut that was not well stitched you are fine. Even though the virgina is elastic, you cannot expect it to go back to its exact original size. Any husband/father who expects that is being unrealistic & selfish. Parenthood has a price to pay & that is one of them. You can try doing kegel exercises or any exercises that target that area of your body. There are plenty of channels on TH-cam with such exercises to strengthen your pelvic muscles - I don't know if this will also help with virginal walls.
