That ki pulse may be the worst move in Tenkaichi history. You sacrifice a bar of health and then the opponent recovers too fast for it to be worth anything 😂
You can use it to cheese the AI at Z difficulty though, all you need is a character who has rolling hammer, go max power, turn them around and starting hitting them, they will 100% of the time use it to get out of it, then continue doing it until they destroy their own health. Easter said than done of course.

It doesn't matter if the vegeta or goku are in a different form unless they are on the field. What does matter however is that you need to hold up/side and R3 for a few seconds so that the animation triggers. Also whazzitgoingevrybdy was trolling the whole video lol
