I believe Bhakta made the 1928 to make mixed drinks with, not to drink neat. Try their 2013 Bourbon. I think you’ll like it and maybe go Bhakta buy more!

That Killowen rum & raisin Irish whisky is pretty interesting - a little young, but nice cream soda and tropical fruit flavors from the coconut rum casks.
If you like Calvados, pick up the Blackened x Rabbit Hole collab. Pretty good. Think its Rabbit Hole Heigold mixed with a 12 year old bourbon finished in calvados. Pretty good imo. Like all of the blackened stuff i've had. Only one I've never had is the willett collab.
Can't wait for the 'advent'ure, looking forward to following along! i may even share the daily pour with my bride...she's been a pretty good girl this year.

I haven't heard anything positive about that Bakta stuff even at Costco pricing I leave that stuff on the shelf definitely one of those bottles that will accidentally get left at a bottle share somewhere.
