Nice pots .. for the green little thing with the plain casing which you opened and did not know the use, it's a fish scraper. I have one and it prevents the fish scales from messing your kitchen if you use them before scraping with a knife. This one can do the first work and the knife will do the finishing. The handle is for the fryer rake which you mentioned as a strainer.you hook it up to remove the deep frying rake from the pot.also the lighter bowl like pot is a basin.it has the plastic lids.

Stainless steel are the best. I bought 2 sets of Germany version of these way back in 2018 n they've never disappointed. unfortunately the German guy closed the shop n left the country

Those cooking pots are life! I have them and I don't regret buying them.. You can be using vim to wash on the outer part when it turns dark.
What about the inner side?is Steel wire ok for cleaning or what can I use?
The pots are amazing, if you have nonstick just change your spoons to nonstick as well or wooden cooking spoons.

Non stick pots are headache 😂😂more so if they start to peal. I'm so in love with the pots. They are so beautiful and a variety.
Only if you go for cheaper ones and depends on the spoons and how you wash them.
The thing you think is for cutting the onion is for boiled eggs. You place the egg in the middle and it cuts it into thin slices🙂👍
