Sirji , pls reply why you guys don't remove tyre and then paint. I'm asking this bcoz when they vehicle goes for wheel balancing or tyre change , at that time the paint may come off at the edges right.??

I have installed after market alloys in my swift which are almost 8 years old and need repainting. I visited local shops in Chandigarh and they told me that it is chrome and cannot be repainted. I request you to kindly guide me what is chrome paint and what can be done to repaint/restore them. Only you can guide me

Thanks for your appreciation Well it's hard to say without personally seeing the condition of the panel but what matters here is that the problem should be sorted. If it is rusted then it needs to be done properly. Fabrication, etch primer, 2k primer, base coat clear coat and then finishing. What i am sure about is that 2500 is not an ammount which a decent wokshop would manage the work in, and 12000, I don't know if it's too much or not.
