@@quubed that’s false… these songs were produced by Leland but they each were able to come up w the concepts and themes of their songs they helped in the process but they didn’t write their own songs.
@@quubed they didn't write their own songs; they came up with basic concepts, a writer wrote for them, and they were able to have some imput afterward if they wanted to change some bits. Willow was reportedly the most involved with the writing of her verse, which I think is why it both has her personal flair _and_ sounds ten times more professional than the other girls (Willow has previous music experience.)

She NEEDS to come back for all stars. She was originally placed as a filler queen. I just know it. She had to prove herself the entire time she was on the show. Her determination is so inspiring. She is her own biggest advocate and it’s admirable

Surprised she didn't make it to the final lip sync with this performance. There's probably nothing she could've done in the finale to end up lip syncing for the crown tbf, the production and fans didn't see her as a potential winner even tho I did ♥️
Same, I really see her a winner and producers could have created such a perfect storyline "First one eliminated to Winner" but instead they chose Willow Pill (They didn't even bother to give her a proper storyline)

@@h-abushakerrr6120 yeah I don't think Willow was an undeserving winner, it was kind of weird that they didn't edit her as a good competitor through the season. She could've easily shared the win on the girl group with Daya and Bosco. I guess track record doesn't tell the full story tho

@@h-abushakerrr6120 I think it's more so that Ru wanted to make the fans happy, and at the same time Willow was one of her favorites (obvious from episode 1). Willow got the best social media reception, she killed the finale and Ru liked her. Also Ru is definitely not the one that decides the top 2 nowadays, it's a whole group effort from production

this is so stunning? not like I didnt think it would be but Daya truly surprised me. I thought she would do a rock n roll song or something like her talent show but this is completely different! the song is so beautiful with such a lovely meaning and the fact that she dressed like a dragon fly which brought a lil bit of humour to it is so amazing. I have been a Daya fan since the very first episode she appeared in so the fact she went from being the first/second eliminated to being a top 5 made me so so happy! 🖤

The best look of the top five performances and easily one of the two best performances. Lip-syncs don't always have to be campy with humorous gags. They can be artistic and dynamic like this one was. I do wish the song had been sung by someone with a stronger voice as the whole fighter vibe didn't hit because the voice wasn't right. I would have loved to have seen this as a full 3+ minute performance using Xtina's Fighter, the video of which includes a similar creature. And the song would have been fitting as Daya fought her way to the top five after initially being eliminated.

I didn't watch this season at all, but wow this look is incredible, one of the best performance looks I've seen on the show. The way both parts of it move are absolutely mesmerizing! Major props to the designer, Joshuan Aponte, who continues to do phenomenal work!
i just finished the season, im late to the party but god it may have been my favorite season of RPDR to date. the girls are so good in this one. def recommend going back and watching if you still havent!

I don't see the reason why a lot of people hates Daya for being an outspoken person, but that is who she is, we have a lot of friends or even ourselves like her, but you can't deny the fact that Daya Betty is a star, an icon and I know she will rock the all stars season!

Best Outfit and Song imo. This costume is so high quality, those antennas moved SO organic and lifelike - Like, to me, this was Avatar Movie Quality. Willow's was great aswell, but her extra heads look crafty compared to this "feather system". Im honestly a Daya Fan, she had so much to show - Im glad she got a second chance to give us some of the best moments and outfits of the Season. I bet she will amazing on an All Stars.

Again I say props to Leland and the music team for bringing back individual songs. They did a fantastic job matching each queens' aesthetic & referencing their best moments. For Daya, it was pushing through with an Olivia Rodrigo lipsync, and that was the vibe I got from the song.
