I have a OnePlus 8T with a cracked front glass and took it to a repair shop where they swapped out a screen and the fingerprint hardware was no longer detected. They were speculating as to whether or not it could have been a bad screen, I had found some information online suggesting that the screen needed to be calibrated by oneplus? Any idea on this? Is calibration generally needed for the fingerprint scanner to work on OnePlus phones?
