Why did you not scold it with hot water first, then remove the top layer skin, remove innards, and cook whole, as everything can be eaten?

Yo this was an awesome video. Even though it was 30 mins long I was engaged the whole time and learned a lot. The braised turtle also looked delicious. Nice work dude👍🏼

Thank you so much for the feedback! I try my best to make my videos engaging! I usually ask myself if parts are slow or boring, or if certain things are necessary to be added or removed. I'm happy to hear the video was entertaining enough to keep you engaged. :-) I've been begun filming with two cameras in hopes it makes the videos easier to watch. :-)

You're very genuine. You're very kind. You're very matter of fact. You're very informative. You're a serious person. But you're a fun person too. Your kind of fun is different, but I respect it. I like it too. That's a long way of saying that you're cool. I've never seen a video of yours before. I watched the video from beginning until end, even though I had something to do. And even though I still have something to do, I'm writing this message to you. I'm not sure if you'll ever see this, but I pray that you still receive this. You're a good person. You're really amazing. I can tell that about you. You enjoy helping people. And that's beautiful. You're a beautiful person. And you're intelligent. You're so much good. I really love that about you. May you have the success that you want and desire. May you always have all that you need. Never give up on your dreams. I'm very proud of you... That's what I would say to you if I knew you. MWIMPP
