Checkout this Arm Training video with the American Badass himself, Seth Feroce. Follow him through the gym as he explains his methods for building BIG arms!
Seth Feroce= Inspiration. Thanks for being soo real and grounded. A working class hero!
I need to find a gym with that double cable attachment for biceps
Nick's Strength and Power when I travel also bring specialty cables and grips
I never thought of this way of training. Usually it was just a fix way, three set of 8 with each exercise never changing. Your way seems more beneficial and not repetitive. Always changing. I will definitely try this way of training. Thanks!
No bubble gut here. Nice vacuum pose man. Great instructional vid as usual.
Anthony Washington abs are for bikini girls!
Seth is the most effective pep talker! You should do public speaking Seth! Thanks for all the help! Keep it up brother!
Who dislikes these videos? The knowledge being shared would save people many years of trial and error figuring this shit out.
Been a fan from the beginning. As a middle aged off again/on again weightlifter I appreciate your basic approach. No horseshit, just hard work.
Dude I've learned so much little shit from you and I've only been watching you for like a couple of weeks I think. I've changed the way I've been hitting it now and feel it so much more now. Especially your shoulder workout. I've never burned out my shoulders to the point where I can't hardly lift my arms until i did your workout. And the way you preach about blood flow like it took my workouts to a whole different level
Seth you are the man I watch all your training shows and I am learning a lot
Thanks alot your the best man.
Woo we train with the same mindset. Fill the muscle you want to target with blood. If the exercise feels good, I am doing like 80 sets of it. I have friends and people that I have met that are like "you have to do 15 reps of this, 12 reps of that." I don't even remember how many reps I do it just feels good. Love this instinctive way of training and you are proof that it works and it works well. "Fuckin A"
Miles i spent lots of years believing in huge wight lifting 3 to 6 rep and a max of 3 sets .ended up with less size than I deserved.can I get some advice from you that worked for you.i want to feel a blood pump in my muscles.
Really its all about how you feel. Hit every angle of the muscle but if there is 1 exercise for that part of the muscle that feels really good just do as many sets as you can until you feel other muscles are taking over for that specific exercise. I do 10-15 reps usually. My first set is always lighter weight and concentrating on slowly squeezing and contracting the muscle group and do as many reps with that light weight as you can until you feel the blood fill that targeted muscle . For a muscle group like chest I start out with like cable crossovers and my initial set is light weight and squeezing at the peak of the contraction (towards the end of the rep). It is very easy to target the chest afterwards and you should have a good pump all the way through your workout. I have been lifting for like 3 years now so its not that I know everything but that is what has worked for me.
Thanks bro .I appreciate your advice.you looking great . Thanks again.
Kareem Osman 3-6 reps is more a strenght training ,go over 10 for hypertrophy, you can still go heavy and do dropsets tho
@@kopluss you lost size cos 3/6 reps is strenth. Not size. I bet you got stronger tho, right? If youn want pure size 8/12. Thats sience. And he doesnt mean he doesnt stick to reps. Did you not count his rep range lol 8/12 reps he was doing. He means go with the flow on "the excersise" i tell you right now more than not he trains for hypertrophy. 8/12 reps. Hylertrophy just mean growth. Body building.
Your mindset, work ethic, beliefs, and even the elbow tendinitis, match with me on another level. Glad I subscribed.
Bodybuilding needs this guy.
cant wait to see you crush it on stage man
Seth man been following your workouts for the past 2 weeks, and ive been a on and off lifter for a couple years, but these past week, ive had my roommate help me measure my chest and bicep. and you have helped me grow 2 inches
Best advice available! Takes stress away from workouts and the less rigid approach to numbers of sets! Keep the dog stuff coming!
This bro is without a doubt the best competitor in the sport. Always been a big fan of Seths career !!!
Man it's nice to see someone who legit knows what they are talking about for once. It shows too my man.
Seth I've been lifting for almost 30 years it's part of my life, I thought I had it all figured out and down packed. I didn't I've learned a shit load from you brother. Thank you!
😂😂Seth has a way with words , he gets me fuckin hype. I love the concept of going with how your feeling.
Forget gym regimen guys like Seth says....Work the muscle, feed the muscle, and sleep the muscle!!
Love it!
like this attitude
Cadillac Mack fuck'n eh!
They Suck Fuck Denver. They looked Great against the Pats Sunday talk about a meltdown. Pussies.
Seth's a down to earth brother one reason why I only watch his vids is the way he explains how to attack the whole muscle that's the key
This is probably the perfect physique....Seth's physique looks very powerful
👍
Wayne Prezzler Well Jason Huh is my pick
Richard Bright
Love Jason Huh, #savage #animal
#SAVAGE AF
If you can survive the first 30 seconds of onslaught then he'd be an easy kill after that.
He has it right about hitting different angles, you don't have to try and do every exercise out there you just need to do they ones that work for you in different ways and hand positions....
*Very motivational just a regular 47 year old guy. Enjoying the videos tips tricks!. Subscribed after the first video it's hard to find down to earth people like yourself. Thanks!*
I'm glad I found your channel!! You've got a new fan... Love your videos...
If only my GYM could be free like his...
I’ve followed your routines for just over a month. The results are proof. Getting the blood and nutrients to the muscle group, just keep moving. Kicks my ass every time. USAF
I never do a planed workout. Just like this guy I just go with the flow and feel and have made very good progress.
Truly Amazing -- a real stud! I am watching this video over and over and over again until I get the message about arms -- need to write his workout down as a base workout.
I dig this channel. I see this channel blowing up. A lot of useful information in a delivered relatable way.
You're a MONSTER dude. Great workout examples for arms. I can never have enough of these workouts to create big ass arms. thanks Seth! SUBSCRIBED!
Seth thanks for all the tips on shoulder . I have made huge improvement on my shoulders. separating myself from the pack at my gym . thank you
Bro - you work hard to look good - fuck the judges! Keep posing.
absolute paradigm shift on how to lift weights. Hit the muscles from every angle. I've been so stuck doing tricep pulldowns the same that this never occurred to me.
So glad you're back Seth, great videos.
So I’m a city boy, particularly New York City. Never been a fan of the whole country roughneck thing... that being said. Seth makes that shit look so cool
These training videos are awesome!!!
Looking awesome Seth! Just adopted a similar training philosophy in this next 6 week 'phase to grow' I'm running. Go in to the gym with the muscle group in mind that I'm hitting hard, but choosing the exercises I feel I need to hit and want to hit and using same methodology you have here, multiple angles. That looks like a pretty cool gym too!
coolest guy in bodybuilding! lol keep the vids coming!
I feel like this myself sometimes in the gym....well most of the time. I do not want to stop. Thank you for clearing this up for me. Blood flow blood flow blood flow pump pump pump....like it!
Also when I get to the preacher curl I'm pumped so much I can't curl as much as I'd like then I hit a wall and jump way down in weight. Is that a bad thing?
key notes. "Push as much blood to the muscle" and "don't shit the bed". best motivation I've heard in a while.
Fuck this video makes me want to run to gym right now. I'm 5'2" 195 pounds. I've only been lifting for about a year now. You sir inspire me.
Just discovered Seth...what a beast. Love this guy!
Bro hands down, best workout I've ever seen
Seth Feroce (SHOULDERS\BICEPS)and CT Fletcher(TRICEPS\BICEPS)are my main Motivator's. I can never get as bulky like them but their inspiration keeps me in the gym constantly💪👀

Excellent as always seth. Thanks for sharing your inspirational videos. I have been practicing your methods and have increased strength and physique changes over a very short period of around 8 weeks. Truely epic training help even though i am worn out from laying paving all day i get to the gym at 9pm and train til 10pm strict with variations to target different parts of the muscle as you show on your videos. Thanks for giving my training help.

All about the INSTINCTIVE training. Right on. Thats the way to do it. Whatever feels good hit it. On chest day i might hit a few sets of lat pull down in the middle or end of my workout because it feels good and opens up the chest. All about how you feel!
Right on big dog!

I have worked out instinctively like this for years and always get results. However I’ve been adding in 1-2 power lifting days per week also and I feel more well rounded.
Thank you for the tips Exactly how Ive been feeling and going throughout my gym workout journey everythjnf you say makes hella sense.
I've been training for over 15 years and a couple of years ago I started walking into the gym not knowing what I was going to do. I started to train how I felt that day. I stopped caring about weight and reps and have had better results and more fun. Haha I thought I was alone
