As a child, I used to roam around the central market when I had to come with my mother to work. I used to borrow magazines and comic books to read, from the news stand nearby. That corner of the plaza along SM and the Cathedral, that's mine and my bestfriend's hangout spot after school. We come to that spot, as this is where our jeepney routes converge, sitting and contemplating what we will do in life. Is there flower stands there still? It's where we used to buy flowers for our girlfriends!
@12:35 possible jailbait ALERT 🚨🚨 What your opinion? Spinner class? 🤔 The Public Plaza just had a complete makeover and a;ready needs another one Plus I thought they removed all the sidewalk vendors?
Roads with pot holes and no proper road signs, sidewalks are full of obstructions and street vendors. The plaza must undergo some major rehabilitation. Idk what the LGU of Bacolod is doing but from what I'm seeing the city looks like a mess.
Hello and thanks for the great videos. My girlfriend and I are thinking of moving to Bacolod and I was wondering how big is the x pat community there, also any x pat hang outs ? She is from La Castellana and would like to be closer to home . Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated, thanks.
Halos hindi na madaanan ang sidewalk sa dami ng street vendors. From the city where I'm from bawal yan and you cannot see something like that. May city ordinances para dyan. Sidewalks belong to the people and not for vendors.
It’s strange how far everything seems on google maps but when you watch a walking tour video, places are actually very close to one another. Bacolod looks like a very walkable city, as long as you can dodge the cars. 😂 Here in Canada you have to drive everywhere and the stores are at opposite ends of the city.
Nice one sir as always not skipping ads for you 😀
Thanks .... Oh Sally can wait, so don't look back in anger
Love the energy and ambience there, so lively. Thanks for the great tour, my friend. New sub to your channel and big likes 😍🥰👍

@@stevewhite57If you come across any expat groups, let me know. We'll be moving there in the next year or so...
Only Cebu and dumaguete groups
