I would be interested to know what policy APD would follow if the suspect would have taken a hostage in the 2-3 hundred feet he covered before being captured. he already claims to have stabbed one victim.
Based on my experience as an ex law enforcement officer, y'all could've subdued him with less lethal force after the first shot like, how hard it is for a group 4-5 officers to pin down a wounded man on the ground? that was unnecessary lethal force(an overkill) i assume, but seem like y'all like to chase down a wounded suspect and keep shooting at.
