@@blackjackandmore6774 I think it's has to do with PA law. 25:1 for perfect pair 20s, 10:1 for suit pair 20s and 4:1 for unsuited 20s. We also have 3:2 blackjack, early surrender and stay at all 17s. No use traveling to out of state casinos when the casinos in PA have favorable odds. In additional, PA has the second biggest gambling market next to Vegas. We even beat Atlantic City.
