I do want to apologize to all of you for not knowing about the clutch changing from hydraulic back to a clutch cable. I'll try to do better on such information in the future and I promise not to dwell on the dealership as much. Respectfully, Ed
I'm surprised at no mention of going back to cable clutch. No more hydraulic. I'd consider it a significant change. Dealers in my area are short on information also.

Yes all the touring models returned to cable clutches for 2021. I would be interested to hear what your dealer has to say. I have not heard a definitive answer yet as to why.
I am proud to announce that I have an appointment with my dealer on Saturday to put down my deposit on a 2021 CVO Trike. Going to go with the Sunset Orange and Black in chrome. So I will be joining you on 3 wheels in a couple of months. Ed you are a great salesman,
Eric I went by the dealership after my VA appointment and the 2021 Tri-Glides now have the clutch cable. They are not hydraulic. Reason I was told was cost. I'm sorry I did not know of this change when I did the video. I asked the sales guy if that was all the "changes" other than color and he said "Yes." Respectfully, Ed
@@TriGlideEd Yeah I can tell that the virtual launch was not good for the dealers. Unfortunately they are not educated on the new product. They really need the dealer show for the education and complete answers. As for the cable clutch the geometry (pivot point) is different so once you get half way through the pull it becomes easier and less hand fatigue. So cost probably did have something to do with it but also rider comfort when you are stopped at a traffic light. My thoughts any way.

2021 has clutch cable,2020 has hydraulic clutch which was venting tranny fluid to primary case. In a lot of cases.

It’s a pity they didn’t change the reverse to mechanical rather than the useless electric.
