- Noora Nihari Bara Hindurao is the world famous Nihari in Old Delhi. Haji Noora was the founder of this Haji Noora Niharahi. This is a major joint in Old Delhi Street Food.
According to me this is one of the Naharies that I believe are on the level 1. There is one more Nahari that I put on the level 1 and that will be shown soon.

Best nihari in entire India, this nihari was taken as a gift to the Late Sultan Qaboos, king of Oman, when Shankar Dayal Sharma went there, many many years ago, it was a part of the many delicacies gifted to him.... We knew a member of the Royal Kitchen, who feasted us to this when we went to his estate. This is truly a national treasure.
