      @@reddsmoke904 eh....torey is heavily relient on autotune
      Not saying that means he doesnt have talent, but he definitely cant hold his own without a lot of producing.
      Even this video shows how little passion goes into making a song for this man. High and drunk specifically looking for the melodies that are going to sound good so he can ad lib a song about nothing.
      This is money centric hip hop

    he spoke to me when he said “they have these catchy melodies but wanna keep going to all these melodies” 😭😭 sometimes i’ll be writing and come up with all these melodies or flows, tryna put them all into one song when i should save them for others. hope anybody else who reads this feels me on this one and starts doing the same !

      Keep the versatile Melodies bro. In fact, make those Melodies even more versatile (have many functions/styles) if you stay with the same flow every Measure like drake or 21 savage you won’t be an artist that pushes the boundaries. Meaning you won’t pop off.

    • @lucianocastillo694
      @lucianocastillo694 2 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Remember, drake at his time, pushed boundaries. 21 at his short time pushed boundaries. Tory Lanez kinda stays in the same lane as he’s always been. His flows don’t change often. I still have respect for his abilities but he’s not an artist you should study too long for flows.

      Ace 1 Rari question when I rap on these melodic type beats what do I follow in it do I follow the melody in the back or what?

    Yeaaa there’s a point and time where you gotta cut those extra lines or whatever, take a step back , listen, and try to revisit and recreate those flows in an innovated way!

  • @pryze3
    @pryze3 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    Rhythm of flow, song structure, having pitch variance that’s in key, stick to a couple flows and structure the bars of 4, 8, 16, change words when repeating the verses, sometimes the chorus too

    It's not as hard as people actually think.. when I write I sing the melody before the lyrics EVERY time without fail. Sometimes I write all the lyrics with the beat in my head. Then produce the beat over the lyrics later on.
