I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE THIS DRAMA! It's so cute and funny and sweet! I'm totally a fan of the FL actress now. Her character was so natural. You cannot tell me she's not silly and goofy herself in real life! I'm a huge fan. The ML too! I've seen him elsewhere but you can tell he was having fun acting this with her. I like his light brown eyes too. Very handsome. This drama was so well done! It's so different from the same cycle we've watched over and over again. There's so much freshness and spunk added to the story! This was cast and executed exceptionally well. Honestly, the biggest weakness of the whole thing is that the subs weren't always clear or accurate so some of the jokes fell short because of the bad translations. They weren't so bad that you couldn't follow the story but some of the perfection of the experience was lost due to patches of bad subs. Otherwise this would have been a 10/10 for me. Hands down!
The FL actress actually looks more Indian than Asian to me. I love her look with the Chinese accent though. It's a cool combination. I like her a lot, just in general. She just seems so down to earth and playful! I'm definitely a huge fan now. Oh and before people take my comment the wrong way. I think she's gorgeous but not because she looks more Indian than Asian. I think both ethnicities are beautiful.
The girl catches the guy! Instead of the girl slipping it's the other way around! LOL!😂 This FL is so spunky, fiesty and refreshing! I love her! Definitely one of my favorites.
Okay so I really like this one so far but there are 2 problems: 1) the subs are pretty unclear in some portions so you lose a good bit of the story, and 2) I'm completely burned out on hidden identity dramas. As good as this is already, I seriously doubt I can force myself to watch another one right now. 😥 I'll watch a bit more and see if I can bear it...
I'm glad I didn't give up on this because it was yet another hidden-identity drama. The way they did it wasn't annoying. It was funny and cute. It didn't add frustration or angst. It also didn't feel like he was just constantly lying to the FL all along. He didn't drag out telling her once he realized it was time to make his identity known. He wasn't going to let her suffer while he hid in the background.
