There's a mistake with the setup of the multi-section solid. The way you do it is by just selecting the rectangle edge and the edge of the cylinder. To make it work properly you need to select the side of the cylinder right after. This way the multi-section solid will be tangent to the cylinder instead of the box. All the steps after that are exactly the same. When you do the part check with this method the Gy will be OK.
