I’m loving your videos. I’m currently trying to transition from a Project Manager role to a Customer Success Manager role, either at my current place of employment, or at a new company. I’ve been working with the same company for almost 14 years, and I’ve done everything from Customer Support, to Software Implementations, and now, Project Manager. I have struggled a bit with the Project Manager role because I am unable to be as empathetic with the customer as I would like to. I find your videos very informative and I realize I’ve been doing Customer Success at some capacity during the past 10 years at my current place of employment. Thank you for the videos and wish me luck on my journey into Customer Success!
