I’m loving your videos. I’m currently trying to transition from a Project Manager role to a Customer Success Manager role, either at my current place of employment, or at a new company. I’ve been working with the same company for almost 14 years, and I’ve done everything from Customer Support, to Software Implementations, and now, Project Manager. I have struggled a bit with the Project Manager role because I am unable to be as empathetic with the customer as I would like to. I find your videos very informative and I realize I’ve been doing Customer Success at some capacity during the past 10 years at my current place of employment. Wow! This was an amazing and informative interview. I am a licensed clinical therapist and I am seriously considering pivoting into the CSM career and I must say that this made me feel more comfortable in my decision to take the leap.
