We used those jars as juice glasses when I grew up, too!! This recipe looks wonderful! I will be making it along with the red jello. Thanks so much for the recipes.
The only Old English I ever heard of was the furniture polish. I'm guessing using that would impart a bit of an off putting taste. HEHEHE. But seriously I will have to take a look and see if they sell this in my area. I made a salmon cheese ball last year for Christmas and everybody gobbled it down. I was afraid it would not be good so I made a standard cheese one too but everybody ate the salmon one instead. I will have to give yours a try too now. It looks delectable!
We make a dip with the Old English cheese and instead of plain cream cheese we use a container of the Philadelphia Chive and Onion flavored cream cheese.
I was looking thru the comments waiting for the ads and I was seeing comments about Old English. What came to mind was that was a nasty cheap beer a long time ago! 🤢😂
Easy and delicious. It will please everyone. Get the recipe here www.livingonadime.com/3-ingredient-easy-cheese-ball-recipe/
Well I’m glad I’m not the only one that’s never heard of old English!

Just happened to have the old English(if it hasn't expired) sitting on a shelf so will try this tonight!
That looks easy-peasy and delicious too! Thanks!
I am going to try it for New Years.
I've also seen the old English over in dairy by the cream cheese
Or at Walmart near the Velveeta logs on the non- dairy shelf.
Krogers has old English year round it’s with the velvetta and cheese whiz
Looks yummy!!! I don't think I've ever seen Old English, but then again I wasn't looking for it ;)

Can I add horseradish?
