In case they do, for importing trees and plants into EU the plants need to go into a quarantine. That is very expensive for a small number of trees. I researched a while on that and cancelled that idea. You have some bonsai shops inside the EU which import and resell bonsai from Japan. They import by container. If they tell/write that their trees are from Japan ask for a certificate if they do not want to provide skip them. You need to organize an exporter to provide special documents and such things. Easy some hundred € per delivery. And after all your complete or parts of the delivery could die underway and you are full responsible. So best is to search for EU shops selling imported trees.

@@bonsai_q If it was easier i would buy only trees from Japan. But it is really the hardest and near to be impossible thing to do for unique customers. For resellers doing it container wise it is more economic. I really like your nursery and all you guys a lot. Best and most sympathetic team.
