I was looking for a nice warmup yesterday before my stretches and found this one again. Loved the workout and I can defelitely feel it now. Going to do your full challenge once my muscles are recovered tomorrow. Thanks for the amazing content.
i cant even do ballet always wanted tho and im a lil tiny bit flexible but this made me feel so good and passed by really quickly glad this was in my fyp :) "new subscriber btw"
Holy wow I've had some issues after an injury, I am so weaaaaak. I may have to do day 1 a few times before I can move on haha I had to take breaks! Who even. I anymore. I guess day one is always the hardest!
day 1: done! took a few breaks on the way, but i am 100% sure that by the end of the challenge i will be able to finish the whole workout session without any breaks :) !!! will go stretch now day 2: already did both the workout and the stretch. all i can say is it is really challenging, but helpful nevertheless. my left side split was quite bad, and i was able to almost sit down after the stretch!!! thank you for putting the time and effort in these types of videos :) day 3: i honestly thought the leg & thigh workout would be a breeze (i have quite strong legs), and it was def not as hard as the abs workout, but still challenging :D the upper body stretch was a very nice one to do. no breaks!! :) day 4: this one was a great flow, it was really relaxing and nice. i enjoyed it a lot!! especially the hip opener stretch (also im updating on the fourh day ony now, cause i forgot to do it yesterday hehe)
