In full screen and high monitor/full HD it's possible see the Mikrotik screen. Unfortunately, Mikrotik terminal have little characters 😔. Thanks for watching!

Consulta, esta OLT sus puertos pueden operar a 1Giga ya que tengo un Mikrotik con puerto solo de 1 giga o debo conseguir alguno con interfaces de 10gigas?, como creo un usuario para conectarme por ssh.

What management port? Serial port? If not corresponding, you need a serial cable from ZTE (maybe were in the box). But it's more simple get a Mikrotik with Console port as Ethernet connector for use a UTP cable for this connection. Regards.
