in this method, for basic and for non-degenerate condition is same??
At 16:35 you said it is degenerate and at 16:50 you said it is non degenerate
Kindly correct them..its typing mistake. You Count the BFS . if it is m+n-1 then it is non- degenerate otherwise degenerate.

Sir, at 20:32 you selected 4 of F1W3 but there is also another 4 at F3W3. The problem is both are giving the same allocation number, which one should I take. You didn't notice that in the video
When it is same (i.e., cost is same as in this case 4) then look for allocation which has maximum... If still same then choose any one.... No issue
Here if we choose 4 at F3W3 then the transportation cost will be 96 where it is 83 if we choose 4 at F1W3! So how can we understand?
How can we find out optimal cost? Is there any related video?
