Have I missed anywhere important off this list of great places to drink or eat in Puerto Pollensa? And has anyone been to Chivas nightclub? Let me know in comments below! I'm apologising in advance for my terrible pronounciation of some of the restaurant names! 😂
Lapping waves….loved that sound when I was there. It’s only just gone 7am but I am getting hungry looking at all those delicious dining options. 😋 Loved the interview with those guys! 🤣
Thanks Gary - yes, videos like this can be a bit confusing if the viewer isn't familiar with the town...so hopefully they'll be able to better find them on Google maps if they want to visit!
Thank you ...it took us back to our 2021 holiday in Puerto pollensa...we stayed at Mar senses...Great hotel fantastic resort and wonderful restaurants...
@@MallorcaUnderTheSun Thanks Alex, can’t wait till we get out there and can go and see Aina at Bar Coral - apparently she’s sometimes being asked to sign my books by some of their restaurant guests! Just love it! 🙏😃
Lovely to be back on the Pinewalk 😎😍 thank you for another great video. Voramar is a great restaurant, we’ve eaten there many times. Even people on the beach pop over a order a pizza 🍕 to enjoy on the beach 🏖
I think I have said before that pollensa is a lovely place to visit and chill would recommend staying there as your video shows how nice it is, all the best alex 🤗.
Great video Alex. There are a few good restaurants nearer the port - C’an Ferrar (really good family run place) and Los Faroles….and in the town, Il Posito…under the radar but definitely worth trying!
@@MallorcaUnderTheSun Yeh it's pretty steep. I love it up there your higher than the water aeroplanes flying around. I hired a car in 2019 and drove up this time really nice they have a little cafe for refreshments etc. Cant wait to be allowed to go back on holiday to majorca
That was a superb video Alex. I live in the area and that was really informative and well filmed. Your pronunciations were mostly spot on, its nice to hear someone pronounce the Daina hotel correctly for a change! (Pronounced "Die-ner" as you said) Good job.
Fabulous video thanks, we will be returning to Mallorca in a couple of weeks with the family this time to Alcudia old town, somewhere we have not stayed before, do you have any videos of this area? Eating out and things for the children to do is what I was looking for. Thanks in advance ☺️
Hi Sandra - are you staying in the Old town or down at the Port Side? I'm hoping to have some new Alcudia content on my channel just before you come out! ps. there are lots of things to do. Keep an eye on my channel!
Hello, thank you for replying we will be hiring a villa in the area of Cielo de bonaire just outside the old town. We have been coming to the island on and off for many years each time we stay in a different area. This time we are bringing our family and grandchildren. (It's our 2nd time this year for my husband and I) we love it. ❤️
Welcome to my channel - there are quite a few suggestions in the video!! Lots of seafood dishes on the menu, but I haven't tried all the resaturants. Head on over to the Facebook group and feel free to ask for recommendations - lots of regulars in Pollensa there!
Thanks for these videos Alex! Really enjoying them. Not sure if you would know this, would be really great if you do as I can’t find the info online, but I’ve seen a few car rental places for the east side of the island being “temporarily closed”! Is this a usual occurrence until the summer season starts?
Oh that's not good - some mayve closed down entirely. I know supply is going to be an issue this year, along with cost. Try some of the bigger companies like Vanrell and Europcar, and some of the car hire search engines.... Good luck!
Many years ago,not a proper night club is mainly for locals is quite small underground and next to the Policia Locale office.just a few yards off the square.Best place in the Port for Paella is Brisas Marina.Behoped Perto Pollenca doesn't become like Magaluf or Palma Nova too nice to spoil, not the place it was Twenty years ago.been going for forty years and lived there for almost ten.
Hi Ilze, there's a kids park you can see on the beach... Puerto Pollensa is a little different from the other resorts. You may have to head to Alcudia Port for more kids activities!
@@MallorcaUnderTheSun thanks for the reply, I actually meant palma nova. I watched both im just worried palma is going to be full of lads and ladies on booze all day and night. I’m going as a family so not really the vide I’m looking for.
@@davidbyrnes905 ahhh, OK, makes sense! Puerto Pollensa is a lot quieter than Palmanova, but PN is also very family orientated now too. If you are worried, then defo try PP.
@@MallorcaUnderTheSun thanks for the info and the videos are very good we’ve booked a place in between pollensa and alcudia and hired a car so we can easily get to both. We owe you a sangria 🌞😀
Puerto Pollensa is VERYYYY quiet in the winter months - take a look at my live stream from here in I think it was January (maybe Feb)... You want to be looking at areas with good year round communities such as Soller, and the South West. Maybe Palma too if you like it lively!
End of the day the video was to give an idea of what prices and meals not actually spend hundreds of euros by eating in each one. Thanks for your feedback! Ps I live on the other side of the island so already costs involved driving there.

Na Ruxia Restaurant! Amazing food and service 🤩
I’ve been to moat restaurants in puerto pollenca - Neptunos on a back street is one of the best ones I’ve been to.
Really enjoyed this video Pollensa looked lovely with great bars and restuarants.
I agree and I loved how the hotels and restaurants really lit the waterfront up so tastefully - just added to the atmosphere.
Great video Alex and very informative, 👍😉🇪🇸
Thanks Ian 😃

Moziiiiii!! Oh that's brilliant. One thing I love about PP, is that it doesn't change too much. Not so long as I've been here anyways!
As usual an informative and great video Alex 👍🏻☀️🥳
Hey Finn! Thank you, it was a tricky one to make as there were so many areas!

Puerto Pollensa is a beautiful resort, with so much choice it is almost a shame to be on half board. Thank you.
So true, so many amazing places to try here and not get round them all in one holiday!
Hi Alex arrived in Majorca this morning staying at the Samos magaluf hope to bump into you . I'm here for 17 days 🌴😎😄
You're here fantastic! I'll definitely be around Maga either Wednesday or Thursday next week, so please say hello.... Enjoy the sun in the meantime!

Can you enter from the UK with a negative PCR test? Or are the only ways to enter full vaccination and covid recovery certificate?
If you are between 12-17 yes. Rule change expected on Sunday tho. Watch this space.
How easy is it to get a taxi at day or night?
In Palma in July and August, it is definitely harder at night, but I honestly couldn't advise in Puerto Pollensa at this time of year.
Looks like a nice place to retire Alex - what do you think?

Is there any bus from airport to porto pollenca
Yes, I can´t remember the number but google bus palma airport to pollensa and you´ll get your answer!
