I first saw one of these cards about 15 yrs ago & it looked complicated. I have recently joined in a swap for one, so my search on you tube began about a fortnight ago. Your tutorial is the best I have come across. Clear step by step instructions. Thank you.
I’ve seen this tutorial many times over the past years but I’ve never tried it. It seems like all I wanna do is fun folds anymore so I have to give this a try for sure.
I just made this card today. Whew!! I did it!! LOL . Your instructions are awesome. Thank goodness for pause and restart.. Such a fun card. Thanks Lynn
I JUST found your video and tutorial yesterday - thank you! The only other one I had seen made a 6x6 card, which is quite expensive to have to mail. So I'm REALLY excited to find your directions for making a "normal" (for me) A2 card this way!
Thank You so much! I am new to 'card making'. Your description and video is the best I've seen. Very thorough and complete. Not to mention you have a super calming, clear voice. TY TY TY!!
Fantastic tutorial! I made it right along with you just pausing and catching up from time to time. Now I need to find your other tutorials….. thank you so much!
I really enjoyed the video tutorial because the other ones I've seen have been 6 x 6 size. However, I did get a little confused with paper that is directional, and would have liked to know which paper should have been multidirectional.
Yay! I've made a couple of these cards some years ago and in a bigger format. But I lost the instructions and couldn't figure out how to make it on my own. My sister just sent me this video. Thanks Susan Sinclair.
Omg this seems so simple to assemble! I looked at that first example and almost skipped the video thinking I could never do that. But now I'm going to have to try it. Thanks for sharing!
Wow! When I first saw this I thought that it would be difficult. But watching how you explained it,I think I can do this. Lol going to try it , make a sample first then I wouldn't get upset if I screwed up and I can write all the measurements on it to for future ones I make. Thanks for sharing. Enjoyed watching where it was going next.
This is beautiful and so cool. Thanks for the video. I tried getting the download, but it didn't work, for some reason. So, I just watched the whole thing and wrote out the instructions as it went along, with my diagrams. It might have worked a little bit better for me because it really went into my old brain. 😘
Thank You! Thank You! Thank You! for sharing how to make an endless fun fold card!! You make it look soooo easy!! Always loved seeing these types of cards! Thx Lynn!!! :)
You're very welcome Cathy! It really is as easy as it looks. The hardest part is making sure that all of the edges of the pieces line up during the assembly. Have fun!
Thanks so much for this tutorial AND for the printable!!! I just printed it and I may try making one tonight. But I'm also looking forward to watching your other tutorials. 😊
Hi Karen, welcome to my channel and to card making! This is a fun card to make. If you have any questions along the way please feel free to ask. I am happy to help
I'd love to make this card but all my measuring tools only have 1/8 inch measurements. My scoreboard also doesn't so 1/16 inch so how can i get it exact for this card?
Thank you for a very easy to follow and "short" tutorial on how to build this amazing card. I want you to know that I downloaded several videos (one was an hour long!) and of those I only kept three. I kept one because it had directions to use for any size card. I kept one because of the actual design for a Valentine's day card that I really liked. And yours because it was easy to follow and allowed me to make two cards from one 8.5" x 11" piece of card stock. Not to mention the fantastic PDF tutorial that I was able to download from your site. (Printed, in page protectors, and in my card template 3-ring binder!) I look forward to perusing your site and watching more of your videos. (Subscribed) Thanks again for making something that looks difficult, so very easy!
Thanks so much! I am happy to hear that the video and instructions were helpful. This is really a fun card to make and to receive. Enjoy! And thank you for subscribing!
Virginia Seward cut your pieces and then watch the video to help you assemble it. It’s so much easier to have the pieces in front of you so you can make it along with me
@@StamptasticDesigns Thank you so much for your reply. I am waiting for a quiet moment to ask my husband to cut and score my cardstock. He is much better at it than I am. I'm fine with the card base, it is easy but when things have an eighth of an inch I just can't cut it accurately. Trimmers have quarter inch lines but none have eighths.
@@virginiaseward1709 it's good that you have the hubby helping you due to the detail of the measurements for cutting and scoring. Once you get everything cut and scored, be sure to watch the video for the assembly. Let me know if you have any questions along the way.
@@virginiaseward1709 Not sure if this will help...but in case...could you use a regular ruler that is marked in 1/8th" measurements? Have hubby put a colorful sharpie mark at the 1/8th" markings...then, using the ruler, just put a pencil mark on the measurement and then take to your trimmer and follow the pencil mark? Or...have him put a colorful sharpie mark on the 1/8th" spot on your trimmer? If that is the only spot marked then you will always know where to cut? He could just put a number 1 then 2 etc. for going in order when that is needed. Hope this is clearer than mud!
I have shared several different fun fold card ideas with you over the past several weeks. What are some of your favorites?

How can I get the printable directions?
Hi Melanie, you can find it at mailchi.mp/52ca72dc3f83/rnk7avw5i8
It would be easier if you used lighter colored paper so I could see the score lines to tell which way they go!

My scoreboard only goes to 8th’s, so I can’t get an accurate 16th inch cut. ☹️
You could measure the cardstock with a ruler and make a little mark on it. Then just place it in your paper trimmer to cut or score
I need a remedial class:(
