That interior is super nice, but I’m a sucker for Jeep’s brown leather you can get in the summit and overland. Plus white leather is too easy to get dirty.
Picked up a 2020 Grand Cherokee High Altitude recently, white/black leather and the V8. Been driving Escalades for 14 years and didn’t need something that big. So far very happy with it!
Nice looking and sweet interior. And I love the interior of the 2022 grand Cherokee L so I can imagine how the interior of the regular grand Cherokee when that come after the L. It truly the American Range Rover.
As someone who has the summit, it isn’t black leather. It is dark navy blue color which is the same color as what it is on the steering wheel. It is just hard to see
Ohhhhh they got rid of the nice sun visors on the ram huh. They took the soft touch plastic from the upper rear door from the Cherokee and replaced it with a hard plastic in mid 2020 which PISSED me off. Then took the overland trim from the Cherokee as well and that’s as the only trim with a leather dash. Which was a exclusive in the compact suv segment. Like ... why pull quality..?
this is my IDEAL WK2!! 100%. By the time we were ready to buy (end of '21,) there were no more New ones to be found anywhere within a couple hundred miles :( I like this body more than the WL. So i bought a v6 High altitude instead.
Same here! I was lucky enough to find a used 2020 black summit with the white interior. It had 25k miles. I live in Lawrence Massachusetts and here Im Dominican and so are most of the ppl who live here and in the Dominican Republic if u have a jeep grand Cherokee summit or even a limited x or higher ur basically really rich and well respected. So me looking for one here in Lawrence it was a hassle. I bought a 2018 high altitude and payed it off and was waiting to find a good deal on a summit. It also had the v8 best trade in ever
Would rather buy new just because if you’re buying a summit you know never if prev owner did what this dude did, rev after cold starts! Lol But you never know really…hopefully they didn’t and yours last awhile. For other people like me, best not to take chances.
People who want something like a range rover sport or bmw x5 but only buy american vehicles. Or people who cant quite afford a range rover sport or bmw x5 but still want something as blingy.
@@mct8888 i hear ya. Maybe because it’s the highest trim level so that hold a bit of prestige, also its the most blingy with all the chrome and white quilted leather.
@@jakes5530 I hear you. As an owner of a '14 Overland, I just don't understand the Summit. It's not different/nice enough to be top trim. Personally, the Hight Alt is the best looking with most features.
@@mct8888 i agree, i think the overland is the best buy since it now offers pretty much everything as standard (trailer hitch, air suspension, adaptive cruise, upgraded stereo, etc). How has the reliability been on your ‘14?

They do have those. I have a black 2020 summit and it has ventilated seats and heated. And lane

V8 doesn't utilize it, they get cylinder management instead.

I love the Grand Cherokee, I've had two. But the transmissions are horrible; and for the price of them I hope they have improved them
You must have not had any with the 8spd auto as they have a very good reputation for durability.
