To be honest, it is very comfortable to hold it in the hand and play, I know it's not the best-looking handheld but very comfortable and great for retro gaming. Iv put the link in the description if you are interested in buying one.

I hear that these devices can get "bricked" if you use the generic card . Is that true? And if so, what is that? Is the device corrupted? Or just the card? And how long will the generic cards live? Before they fail? I know thats alot lol ... But I've only heard the term, not an explanation. Please and thank you
Only the card will get bricked if you constantly keep putting or removing roms but mine have lasted for 2 years and when the sd card got bricked, I re flashed it with new firmware and it worked again. So, yeah.
hello. I thought that the AMBERNIC RG405V and RG405M are the same device with one difference - the form factor. Why do they have different performance, judging by your videos?
Both have the same chip, it just depends on your preference if you want vertical or horizontal handheld. There is a link in the description if you decide to either.
But this actually feels comfortable to play for extended periods also plays many ps2 games 🤷♂️ bigger screen. I have both the rg405v and the rg353v when I go out I take the rg353v because it’s pocketable, when I play at home, which is most of the time, I play on the rg405v more comfortable and bigger screen but the biggest difference for me is the much better placement of the analog sticks 👌

The main point of buying an additional sd card is to play more games. So the answer is yes.
Could you test the Ori and the Blind Forest Switch game on the rg405v? or on Rg cube?

How comfortable is this form factor? Can you play like an hour comfortably?
I'd say it's the most comfortable vertical handheld that I have till date. 👌🏻

Almost all psp games should work easily on this chip from what I tested.

I didn't install Gamma OS for rg405v because all were already working fine on stock os
