We tried this recipe and it was wonderful!!!! Loved it! Better than restaurant style! I did not do the skewers though..I just roasted the onions, paneer and capsicum (individually) on the tava. Saved time and I was able to cook them all consistently.

Just a small suggestion, when we put tomatoes, I will also put the rest of the left marinade, that will enhance the flavor of the gravy and also avoid wastage.
I tried this, it turned out to be extremely tasty. But it's very lengthy so Can we keep that prepared marinade in fridge overnight? N cook it next morning
