I am full of joy taking this Elvis journey with you. Honestly, this has brought me such happiness and I thank you for giving that to me. It brings back memories of me as a little girl 5 years old wanted to learn everything about my hero. My journey has continued all my life for an additional 62 more years . As I laid flowers on his grave last year I realized how much love and joy he gave my life. As I laid the flowers on the grave I remember saying thank you Elvis… thank you. The love I felt as his spirit surrounded me was a moment that I cannot describe. I made the trip to simply say thanks Elvis for all my lifetime full of those special memories with him. Seeing him live in concerts was indescribable it was intensely spiritual and remains the greatest of moments of my life ❤️

My friend, I’ve been an Elvis fan for as long as I can remember. I am 54 years old, and the first time I saw Elvis was watching the Aloha From Hawaii concert. I was three. I’ve spent my life listening to as much Elvis as I could find. There’s so much out there. And, at times when I see him perform live, I get awestruck all over again. I just become speechless. Elvis had that effect on so many people. People can say what they want about your generation. You are proof that we will leave this life in good hands.

We told you what Elvis was about. Elvis fans don't lie about Elvis and we will defend Elvis when people spread lies or hate about him. It's easier for the haters to run with a rumor than actually learn the truth for themselves. Elvis wasnt perfect but the more you learn about him you find out he is way more than what you see on stage. Elvis was so extraordinary that even with his flaws he was too good for this world.
He did a post Army interview you can react to.
Also there's a video for a song called "It's Now Or Never" and its the footage from when he came home from the Army.
And check out "King of Kindness"
It talks about his donations to charities or different causes as well as helping complete strangers.

Just a few things on Elvis. He made the rank of sergeant in the army and he turned down the offer to be given special treatment, he just wanted to be like everyone else. He was black belt in karate. You can find it on TH-cam here. Instructor actually. He never toured outside of America due to his manager Colonel Tom Parker. Some say he was a good manager others say that he pushed Elvis too much. Elvis has 21 no 1s- It is estimated that more than one billion Elvis records have been sold worldwide, more than anyone in record industry.

I really liked this reaction, thanks. I related in some ways to what you were saying (or trying to say) about connecting with him in some human way while watching this, and even learning from him in some way. I have felt the same way sometimes while watching some of the footage of him speaking, even though he was alive so many years before me.

From a third generation Elvis fan thank you for taking the time to see who Elvis really was. I'm only 39 but I can't remember my life without Elvis in it. He was so much more than just an entertainer. He was an amazing person. My grandma and mom loved Elvis and raised me on Elvis. Elvis is family and Elvis is love to me.

You definitely understand him. I love that your generation has a true appreciation of Elvis. One of the most generous people I personally have ever known of. He bought everyone Caddies and Lincoln’s and homes. Jewelry he would give to audiences members. One thing that sticks out to me and you should try to find it. There was a little girl in the audience that he realized was blind put the mic aside and talked to her and found out she needed a surgery he paid for the whole thing. True Christian gave cars to strangers. You don’t find people like him.

This was a wonderful reaction. Elvis truly was the one. When you can see Elvis as an entertainer become intrigued and want to know more...when you can see Elvis as an entertainer who made amazing music had a voice like no other and loved his fans...but also can see him as the man..the human side of him and begin to understand who he really was I think that is when you truly become a fan. For me I just look at it a bit different. I think there are many that are fans of his music but those who are fans of his music and the man that he was that is when you truly become an Elvis fan. When you take the time as you do to learn about what made Elvis Elvis...where he came from and all of the great things that he did to help others...his humble and kind nature and his humor are simply wonderful. Elvis once said..."I don't care if the fans rip the shirt off my back...they put it there." I truly am enjoying you Elvis journey thank you for sharing it with us. Thank you for being so considerate about curssing however I believe that we all express ourselves differently...you are just passionate about what you do that's all. Keep being you..TCB⚡️

I have watched a few of your Elvis videos now and I had to subscribe. I have been an Elvis fan my whole life and to see a new generation discover what our generation was so lucky to have in music is beyond amazing. Thank you for always showing nothing but love and respect for a man who gave all of that and so much more for his fans. You are a fine young man and it goes to show you that although wr come from much different times...and music has changed so much...not only does EP continue to stay relevant to those who take the time to get to know not just his music but him as a human being flaws and all...but music always brings people together. Looking forward to more of your Elvis reactions. I think that you would really enjoy the king of kindness and a generous heart. TCB ⚡️

He served two years in the united States army and it hurts so much to know he was afraid that he would be forgotten while he was away. ❤ and he was an amazing interviewer I mean he knew how to handle them with class.

I just wanted to let you know that I think you would be very deeply moved by a mini documentary and you could put it on you won’t be blocked. It’s called Elvis a generous heart. There’s a part one and there’s a part two. If you like, watching Elvis talk, watch welcome home Elvis interview at Graceland when he comes home from the army it’s a very cool interview and it’s our younger Elvis. You can watch the Elvis interview playing the Astrodome in Austin, Texas . I can’t remember if you watched Elvis in the black community you probably did but there’s part one and part two. If I think of anything else, of course I’ll comment but as usual I’m babbling OK sweetheart have a good evening. Thank you again.

I enjoyed your reaction. Very intense and heartfelt. You were really trying to understand what kind of man Elvis was and take away some wisdom from him. ( I agree with you about the female questioning him, but notice he didnt react to her ).

I just wanted to let you know that you poured when you said that Elvis was in the military but I think you don’t know is he was drafted at the height of his career I believe 1958 or 59 so he left a major movie career, and we shipped off to Germany and served as a tank driver in Germany not in the barracks, but he was on the field during the cold winter, and drove a tank, but it was during the height of his career. He left that all behind to go into the United States Army. If you’re interested, there is a video of Elvis being sworn in Elvis getting measured for his army uniform him in the barracks. Maybe you can just Google Elvis Army videos you might find something there, but he didn’t do that before he got famous he had to leave a career behind, hoping he still have one when he got home.

In Las Vegas - he was required to do two shows a day 7 days a week for 4 weeks. Elvis lived in the ghetto. I don't care if you were sweeping a floor and Elvis came by, he would say hi and stop and talk to you. This was the most humble human being. He was drafted and he was a private. He refused special treatment. He cleaned toilets, did K.P. he was the same as any other soldier.

Your job is to entertain.. not try to sway ppl to your point of view. Elvis wouldn't comment on the Vietnam war.. he was an entertainer and kept his personal views to himself.. I so RESPECT that. Elvis worked himself to the ground he worked himself to death for his loyal fans also he had a extensive payroll to meet so many employees he had to work his ass off and remind u he was extremely a generous humble man he had his flaws but as Jesus stated those without sin can throw the first stone.TCB&TLC

Elvis was a human and a man.. come on.. he said some things not knowing he was on tape.. because back then it was tape.. He wasn't perfect.. he did drugs. He thought the drugs were ok because they were prescribed... he, I don't think realized, those prescription drugs were killing him. I do believe the man never had hate in his heart for anyone. He was a giver and when the ppl closest to him turned on him.. he was devastated.. that's when we saw Elvis go downhill. And I just know this from watching videos and talking with my Mom.. Not my era

You were dissecting what he said and how he carried himself and were seeing how you could apply that bit of info into the pot. Elvis was a natural in public and used humor to disguise nervousness. He said he would get like that in public. Aside from the image, the title, the accolades, Elvis was definitely a real, regular guy. He loved the familiarity of his friends, his homes, his family. That's why you see pops with him. He toured with Elvis regularly. He frequently fired and rehired guys in his entourage because they were friends before they were employees. He was very loyal to most people around him. It's crazy how not even fully through him talking, you already realized how he really was.

It’s so sad that doctors started giving him uppers and downers. He took many more than he should have; every day. Once he started working in Vegas, he would be up all night and asleep all day. This contributed to him dying too young.
