well its called rubberbanding in video games. It want to make sure that ur having the same adrenaline as racing against great racer. Also, in reality, a stock lamborghini could be defeated easily by a blackbird that is maximum tune, since porsche's engine are tanks but overheat too quickly. Blackbird is also really light compared to a lamborghini aventador.
Devil Z is because of its centre of gravity that grants it the power to go beyond its speed limit. Meaning that the longer the race is, the faster the Devil Z goes so the Devil Z doesn't really have a limit in general. Blackbird on the other hand, has 20 more HP than Devil Z and has undergo weight reduction by using carbon fibre which makes it so light and fast that it looks like it's going at the speed of light. These 2 cars are heavily modified and undergo high tuning so its only logical that they can even beat the Avandator.
