I agree that many people say this anime isn't even one of the best shonens out there but I think it is meant to show us how beautiful the world can be when you have family and friends.

I agree there was a time when i felt so emotionless i didn't cry or smile for months and then i found Fairy Tail and all of a sudden i just couldn't stop laughing or crying and even after so long i still love it
Fairy tail was such a amazing piece if you look at just art perspective. It gave you emotion rollar coaster, you cry, laught, angry, with the guild members. Not just natsu, lucy, gary, erza, even to the background character it feels like they are alive, they exist somewhere in myth. I always felt like the message fairy tail want to give to me is to value my family and love my family. Watching fairy tail is always felt like I was brought back to the time when my mum told me stories of those old fantasy tales, those old fairytale....
Oh...so many memories from this great Anime. Listening to this music, I remember every episode and enjoy. I wish there were at least twice as many episodes as Naruto or One Piece.

The finale was disappointing a little bit. Of the characters died there was no need to resurrect them(( I like happy ends, but this anime deserve such one in order to be the best

Started watching Fairy Tail around 6th or 7th grade after my friend introduced me to it. It really got me through hard times, I was living in poverty and this show, the OSTs, the characters, the badass scenes, the comedic scenes. All of these things really “took care” of me. A part of my character/personality wouldn’t be what it is today if I hadn’t watched Fairy Tail. Now I’m a freshman in college majoring in medicine, it’s really crazy…

I remember me drawing the mark on my arm, chanting dialogues from the anime around the house. I remember admiring Erza, I remember hating Jellal, I remember crying for him. I remember the laughing, crying, hiding the ecchi scenes from my little brother who would sneak behind me. I might not remember the whole anime anymore, but I remember what I felt, as clear a day. Fairy tail was what got me into anime in the first place and ti was also what saved me when I was in the depths of despair. For me this will always have a special place in my heart, no matter how cringey it might feel to my rational side, now that everyone is calling it childish. But for the anime loving part of me, Fairy Tail would always have a special place in my heart. It's not just an anime to me.
God i can‘t remember how many times i cried in the Anime but i remember what Scene hit the most: Future Lucy‘s Death & the Words Happy said… I cried so hard.
Its just an anime but, able to watch all the series cant help but make you feel your part of the story, and this music,the scene, familiar faces make you feel your part of that guild, the guild not build by people with the same couse, but, a guild build by family and this song is a perfect match to tell all that
Im going to say this now I started fairy tail for the plot, but stayed for the feelings of unwavering family and friends as well as comfort. The plot isnt the best, I admit it, but the feeling of unconditional love and support is what you should be watching for. It will make you cry it will make you laugh but its most important feeling is acceptance.
Fairy tails might not have the best cinematics , the best character development,the best fighting scenes but what is sure is that there's no other anime that manifested the strong emotions of love brotherhood family as this anime did
