Can I pass a bunch of already known entities from my website?
Please add ai training in utterance, I need to exactly input utterance for name and with a capital on it.
For example, you can call me gia they wont recognize name. But if it input you can call me Gia. It will recognize.
it capitalizes the user input. this is not good for something like password or email.

Found where I could add utterances but the system still doesn’t detect invalid entity (tried email and phone number as entity), both didn’t work at all. I typed in letters in response to the phone number question, it let me pass and went on to the next block…

This video needs to be updated, it's very confusing. Also the text documentation does not match this. Just wasted two hours just trying to capture two entities, the assistant keeps cycling and re-prompting without moving to the next steps once the user enters the value.
That´s a great tutorial! I was wondering if you have any tutorial on how to capture the user´s choice from a set of buttons, such as flavors for instance

@voiceflow there are no other options in the type item except custom
if i just want to capture only numbers or phone number and i want the bot to reject letters if users get them and ask back to him to insert number what shall i do

You can add utterances in the settings of the capture step!

HI, unfortunately this Entity is not available in Dutch. How can I manual accomplish the same?
@Voiceflow - the capture step seems to take a really long time (30+ seconds) when capturing the entire user reply. Any way to reduce that?
Can Voiceflow catch pics or pdf from Clients ?
Honestly what is the point of a customer support/chat bot when you can't even use a single data captured from your users?
Hey James! How are you capturing/storing your data? We've seen many customers (including ourselves with our own support chatbot) being able to leverage captured data from either being stored in databases, entities/variables and even with our Transcripts in-tool. You've changed everything now ! So confusing! There's no option for choosing Utterance anymore
This tutorial is from 2022 and we've adjusted the features slightly since then; sorry for the confusion! The "Add Utterance" selection is within the settings button at the bottom of the capture panel, after you've selected your entity in the capture step. Hope this helps!
