The roads all over the city needs beautification to enhance the look of the city
People who are commenting about dusty roads should know that the adjacent areas are vacant and due to air flow the dust settles on roads nearby and buildings. So far, they have done great job. I have not seen such beautiful township in India other than Amanora in pune.

Lower Parel is the hub of Skyscrapers in Mumbai.. But mostly it's scattered all over Mumbai.

As of Indian standards it may be ok but please let us raise our standards by learning from developed countries specially cleanliness and how to drive with discipline, Just look at some you tube videos of some European cities how trafic flows and how clean the roads are
The road is nice but there is a problem with indian roads there is never proper road line marking on roads in most Indian cities.

Now is the time Pune should start building skyscrapers, of course using modern technologies to create sustainable, eco friendly spaces, unlike Mumbai. Then I think Pune can easily beat Mumbai in few years, though Navi Mumbai is approaching, which won’t easily let Pune win. (not spreading hatred or to divide people but I think a healthy competition is always good for growth)
Pune cant buit large amount of skyscrapers due to many defense establishments.

Location and Infrastructure is excellent except the condition and cleanliness on road is disappointing. Thanks for sharing such a wonderful 4k Video, the government should learn from Putrajaya and Cyberjaya Parks in Kuala Lumpur the Capital City in Malaysia , how to keep the road side clean and Green, watch the roads in Jakarta, Indonesia , India still needs to learn how to keep the city roads look world class. The small South East Asian Countries are far superior developed than India, i wish our Indian Infrastructure developers and City planners must learn from these countries the good things in regard to City road Infrastructure we can learn a lot good things from other small countries.

Still far off from world quality standards. Roads are dusty, dilapidated sidewalks. Pune is full of poor people selling vegetables on the sidewalks. This is just one better looking area.

So, instead of name calling, and not being able to give a proper logical argument, start arguing with your administration to improve your city. Apart from Punjab, Himachal Pradesh, J&K, and Kerala in the south, and few north eastern states, rest of India is full of beggars including Maharashtra.
