I have a Homo Sapiens Bronze Age with a 18k gold nib and I absolutely love it. I didn't think I would and I'm not a fan of plain black pens, but this is one of my favorite pens in my collection. There is something special about the lava and the feel of the pen in your hand. I whole heartedly agree with your review.

❤ Love the matte finish and texture of the lava in contrast to the polished stainless steel accents. Also, I prefer a larger diameter barrel on a pen.

This is my grail pen. I have never handled one. They're soooo expensive.

The density of lava is not as great as one might think. I've walked on Etna lava fields (called down, of course).
