I used a helicopter I got all of the graffiti and everything else done on the mission reuniting the family’s if you don’t go in the building after destroying the helicopter you can go anywhere on the map it a glitch I don’t use cheats I’m using iOS
Me too...I collected 20 of them, then I got the idea from this video to use jetpack... And I used that small plane to collect the 8th shoe. Jumped on top after 3 crashes.

I actually have the gta san andreas guide that came out in 2004, and I like using it for its legitness. However, many of the things it says are either flat out wrong or were before the game was finalized. For example, apparently the Clowns Pocket casino was called the Ring Master. I know this because I was following the guide and the horseshoe said it was there. Sometimes the location of the horseshoe changed after the book was made, as the guide came out when San Andreas still wasn't officially done.

You can get all horsehoes except #8 in this video with the jetpack. You'll need a helicopter/plane for that as it's too high for a jetpack.

Well i recommend using the speet it up cheat 2 times and speed freak cheat in a car(if you are a cheat user)
