Towns and Cities are named because of People and not Vehicle Traffic. @Kampala Capital City Authority @mowt work towards restoring the same, Everyone is a stakeholder.
Good effort, but isn't NMT just like trying to build a house on sand? Don't we need to first construct Mass Transit infrastructure for Kampala city and the surrounding metropolitan area? Mass transit system is the only way NMT is possible? Right?
