The reason as to why Filipino/Tagalog rhymes and flows with English so easily is because the language itself is structured very similarly to English. It's a lot to explain but that's pretty much the gist of it, oh and also the Philippines got colonized by America for quite a while too and that kind of contributed to the evolution of how people speak tagalog or how it was taught.

In his lyrics he subtlety dissed this trap as repetetive shit and dissed the creator by saying “yeah mark you suck at making beats” (he has all thr rights to diss this challenge hahah). In his song “King I be” he mentioned that he is an artist who doesnt participate in this kind of games but he did it anyway by peers demand cause you know he simply is talented and he got it.
